Get the Strava App. It’s easy to use and allows you to keep track of your rides and it gives you a firsthand look at your progress. The app will keep record of your routes and will keep an ongoing total of your miles and times.
Join the Midwest Trike Megastore Riding Club. Doing this will give you reference to what your riding friends are up to and if it matters, it will give you an idea of how your trike involvement compares to others. The clubs have a leader board that reports the top mileage accumulators weekly. It’s really pretty cool.
